Contemporary
Charm Angela and
William wanted an invitation they’d never see anywhere else. They were
looking for something contemporary and and simple, yet filled with
personality. The wedding reception, a formal affair held at the Saint
Anthony Main Event Centre, held many of the clues that helped Crazy Daisy
design a perfect invitation. Each table
at the reception was decorated with red gerbera daisies, just like those
the bride carried in her bouquet. A simple illustration of a gerbera
linking the couple’s initials in a custom monogram became a motif on all
of the wedding stationary. Red linens, a bold, modern choice, inspired the
square red envelope and a red band sealing the folded, pocket style
invitation. A bit more romance was conjured with the help of a few lines
of verse printed on the band. Friends and
family know Angela and William’s miniature greyhounds make their stylish
Minneapolis house a home, so no one was too surprised to see the cool
canines’ photos on the save the date cards—a whimsical touch that
brought personality to the invitaion package. Portfolio:
